A 2017 Creative Renewal Fellow and a four-time Indiana Arts Commission Grant winner, Dianna received her Masters of Music in clarinet performance from Indiana University, and she began teaching and playing in Indianapolis on the piano, clarinet, piano accordion, voice, and flute. She was the Music Director at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis for four years before moving on to teach at Ivy Tech Community College. A veteran of the Indianapolis music scene, Dianna has played with many groups and plays jazz, classical, folk, and international music as a solo artist and with other performers. She is a teaching artist with Arts for Learning and Arts with a Purpose. She has studied with many musicians over the years, in America and oversees, and has studied dance and other performance arts since she was four years old. She is currently studied visual arts at Ivy Tech and enjoys combining all of her art forms in her work as an artist.
