Dianna traveled to Castelfidardo, Italy to study accordion repair at the Accordion Craft Academy. Castelfidardo, a small italian town, is the world center of accordions, where around 30 companies are still making Italian accordions. NPR article about Castelfidardo
She was able to take this trip to study accordion repair through a 2017/2018 Creative Renewal Fellowship, given by the Indianapolis Arts Council.
